Yes, I've seen them in our university. The risk of getting infected is quite high but swine flu is not a dangerous infection, so there's no need to worry. All you have to do is to see a doctor when you have the symptoms.

Of course precautions should be taken but those masks are not very reliable. They are effective for the first half an hour. Therefore instead of wearing masks you can simply wash your hands as often as possible, you must avoid from hugging and kissing different people, even if they are healthy.
