The mistake...does that mean there is only 1 mistake? Maybe there was some kind of trick in the questions, like Americans never shake hands when meeting someone for the first time

Funny! But there is no trick, Besides u haven't written abt handshaking at all, u have chosen another variant...

Well guys, I suppose there will not be any other volunteers, so I won't keep u waiting more. There r some questions where two possible answers can be, for ex. 2 (c,d) & 4 (c,d). But still in ur answers there was a mistake in the 3rd question. It's b, not c.
Now it is more correct to use Ms. which is pronounced as [miz], it is a formal title in front of the name of a woman, whether she is married or not.
