Buyers.”
Here’s how to find out about eBay Buyer Protection:
1. Log in to your eBay account.
2. Click "Customer Support" near the top of the page.
3. Click "Bidding & buying under "Browse articles."
4. Click "Resolving buying problems."
5. Click "buyer protection programs" under "Resolving buying
problems."
You can only report a problem and dispute a payment once. So, if you
dispute a payment on PayPal, for example, you can’t dispute the same
payment on eBay.
