I don't know. It does not leave a good impression, when domesticated animals must be shot in the streets of the capital or in any other city in Armenia. If there are funds given to neuter them and possibly place them in a shelter, what is the reason for killing them? Even if they have to be put to sleep, is it really needed to shoot them in public? Shooting the dogs is just cheaper than their neutering, that is why they prefer it to neutering. You wrote just about bad impression of this action but it's a deeper problem as animals are being shoot... I know just one organization which is saving animals from this disaster. And it is a non-government organization- Save the Animals

I agree that it's cheaper to shoot them, than neutering them. But even if they have to be put to sleep for one or another reason, they should be swept from the city streets by special services, rather than being executed in front of everyone. Perhaps, in Somalia or in some other wild place on earth it would be acceptable to shoot them in open. But in Armenia?

As I know enough amount is being provided for the dogs neutering but still we can listen about the killing dogs...I think it's terrible. And the worst is that some people approve this actions. I can understand them, they worry about their life, about the life of their children. But is the killing dogs the only solution to this problem? I hope the activists who are fighting against this actions will win.
And what about the business of the prefect-it's even hard to call it "business". It's just killing...How it can be allowed.

Thank you for checking! I just cannot understand this sentence "They worry about their life and the life of their children, but killing dogs only solution to this problem?" It is question, isn't it? And in that case why there isn't any "is, does or something like it"?

Is killing dogs is not correct , because is conflicts with plural "dogs" In this case, is dog killing would be correct. I did not put is because of that. So my mistake too. The correct way would be, "but is dog killing the only solution to this problem?".

Ok, i think i get you I thought the subject was "the killing" and it wasn't plural, that is why i put "is"...


Ok, let's suggest another topic which will be easier. For example i can remember the easiest topic from school- "Hobbies". I hope many people will tell about their hobbies as it is much easier

I am not able to explain why it is being happened in Armenia. Nobody cares. There are few activists who raise this problem. But it is not being solved. I have faced this problem since childhood.
