Արցախի հիմնախնդիրը

ՄԱԿ–ի հայտնի չորս բանաձևերում Հայաստանը հիշատակվում ա միայն որ իր ազդեցությունը բանեցնի տեղի հայկական ուժերի, իմա արցախցիների վրա։ Հայաստանը որպես ագգրեսոր չի ներկայացված էդ բանաձևերում։

Մի չափազանցրու՝ ամեն ինչ հալած յուղի տեղ չենք ընդունելու
Նախ ցույց տուր այն գրառումը, որտեղ գրել եմ, որ ՄԱԿ-ի բանաձևերով ՀՀ-ն ագրեսոր է ներկայացված։ Ես ընդամնենն ասել եմ, որ դե յուրե Ադրբեջանի տարածքները ճանաչվել են օկուպացված։

ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի կոմղից 1993թ ընդունվել են 4 բանաձևերը՝ 822, 853, 874, 884
Բացառապես բոլոր բանաձևերում նշվում է միջազգային սահմանների անձեռնմխելության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և տարածքները ուժով գրավելու անընդունելիության մասին։
Բացառապես բոլոր բանաձևերում առկա է ՀՀ և ԱՀ միջև հարաբերությունների և լարմանը վերբերվող անհանգստությունը։

և միայն 2 բանաձևերում է նշվում, որ ՀՀ-ն պիտի օգտագործի իր ազդեցությունը ԼՂ հայերի վրա՝ 853, 884

Բանաձևերից և ոչ մեկում նշված չէ, թե օկուպացիոն զորքերն ումն են, միայն "տեղական Հայկական զորքեր" արտահատյությունը կա։
